Is is still possible to tone while pregnant? I feel like it isn’t working. I was a runner but since I got pregnant I haven’t been running. Instead I have been doing the elliptical.
My legs all of a sudden got soft and lack tone. I am even noticing cellulite. I know it is the extra weight I have put on…what can I do?
