Pregnancy Exercise: Join the Weekly Pregnancy Fitness Challenge

I’ve spent a lot of this week thinking about what I can offer the pregnant mums who have joined my free Pregnancy Fitness Community. There’s been a lot of sign-ups recently as a result of my free 14 day Pregnancy Fitness Coaching Program and I wanted to offer something extra to all of those pregnant mums who have contributed to making my community such a welcoming and friendly place to go for advice on all things pregnancy.
So as of Monday I’ll be issuing a weekly pregnancy fitness challenge to anyone who wants to join in. It could be a pregnancy nutrition goal for the week, a workout that you have to complete so many times or a pregnancy exercise to prepare you and your baby for labour.
If you want to join in the fun you’ll need to sign up to the community ==> http://www.the9monthclub.ning.com and go to groups and become a member of “Weekly Pregnancy Fitness Challenge”
For those of you already in the community just go add yourself to the group!
