Pregnancy Workout Video: 4 minutes to a Hot Pregnant Body

This is the fourth and final part of your day’s workout. SO here’s how to put it all together.

Pregnancy Workout1 – Do this one when you wakeup before breakfast

Pregnancy Workout 2 – Preferably around mid morning or just before lunch

Pregnancy Workout 3 – As a mid afternoon wake-me-up or as soon as you get home (5/6ish)

Pregnancy Workout 4 – Just before your evening meal

OR if you don’t manage to get your pregnancy exercise day sessions in then do two workouts when you wake up and two just before your evening meal (but 4 seperate workouts is best).

SAFETY GUIDELINES

Your peak intensity should be around a 7 on a scale of 1-10 if 1 is lying down and 10  is working flat out.

Always take proper precautions when exercising and get the OK from your physician before starting anything new

If you are new to exercise use water bottles as weights or use very light dumbells (1-3kg)

If you are not sure of the movements ask a qulaified trainer to teach you how to move safely for maximum results

Stay well hydrated and do not overheat
