This 10 miute pregnancy exercise routine will help activate the muscles that support your back and relieve tightness and aches.

Hi Iness,
I’m afraid I don’t use the swiss ball in my program and as such haven’t produced any videos for it.
In my experience most people tend to use the ball incorrectly and this can be dangerous when pregnant so I stick to bodyweight based exercises, or using small hand weights
