Pregnancy Workout Video: Pregnancy Pilates Video BLT

This pregnancy exercise routine is great for increasing your awareness of movement within your pelvic region. The first two pregnancy pilates exercises work to mobilise your hips whilst teaching pelvic stability. This is really important in pregnancy as the muscles round the hips can get really tight, especially if you sit in the office all day.

The third pregnancy pilates exercise in the video is a great move to tone and strengthen your outer thigh and bottom. These muscles need to be strong in pregnancy to balance your posture and help prevent mechanical back pain. (its also brilliant for improving the look of cellulite – so its win-win all the way!)
