WANTED! 10 Pregnant Mums To Join FREE Pregnancy Fitness Coaching Programme!

Yes, you heard me right, I said FREE!

I’m looking for 10 expecting mums to take through my new daily coaching programme for  ULTIMATE pregnancy fitness. This programme is something I’ve been working extremely hard on for the past year through my own pregnancy and birth and now it’s ready to launch!

When I first fell pregnant in February 2008, amidst the joy and elation I had had a lot of underlying fears.

I was really scared of losing control over my diet and pigging out because I felt tired or under the weather

I was petrified of giving birth (wimp, I know, but I DON’T like pain!)

I wanted to be able to bond with my baby before he was born but I didn’t know how

I also wanted to look toned and sexy, despite the bump so that I could look great in my bikini on the beach and not have to struggle with weight loss after giving birth.

So I prioritised my pregnancy fitness and bought every pregnancy workout dvd, joined every pregnancy forum and website, read everything I could lay my hands on about good pregnancy nutrition and googled every symptom I could think of so I could prevent all the nasty stuff happening to me.

Nevertheless, 6 weeks later my hair was lank, my skin was grey and I felt sick, emotional and exhausted ALL the time!

I needed something more. So I set to work designing my own pregnancy fitness coaching programme on the safest, most effective way to stay fit, healthy and keep my pre-baby body whilst doing my absolute best to have a healthy happy baby.

This programme is results driven and my goal is to give you the easiest time possible through your pregnancy, whilst also getting you into (possibly) the best shape of your life! The programme is designed to be fun, educational and EASY to follow. All you need to do is follow the instructions as laid out and you are guaranteed pregnancy fitness of your dreams!

So if it’s so great (and it is!), why am I giving 10 places away for FREE?

Well the simple reason is, there is no greater proof for the power and effectiveness of this new program than walking and talking advertisements, and I’m willing to forgo payment to get them.

Interested?

Here’s What I’m Looking For…

  • Pregnant mums who are in their 1st 8 weeks of pregnancy
  • Women who are commited to following the whole programme for the whole of the 1st trimester TO THE LETTER
  • Women who are not scared of change and will be 100% committed to adopting new and healthy lifestyle habits that will change the way you view nutrition, rest and exercise FOREVER
  • Mums who are willing to blog every day, take photos on a weekly basis and who will allow me permission to use their testimonials and pictures in future promotional material related to the program
  • Women who want to feel full of energy, vibrant and confident and light on their feet throughout their whole 9 months.

SO if this sounds like you…..

Use the comments section on this post to tell my why YOU should be given one of these valuable places (Working with me on a daily 1:1 basis like this would normally set you back $9800!)

Go ahead and ’sell’ yourself into the program by telling me absolutely anything and everything you think I need to know in order to make up my mind about giving you a place.

P.S. Do it now – This post has gone out to well over 2000 pregnant mums and this golden opportunity closes at midnight on Wednesday when I will announce the chosen 10.

      Hi Nisha!

Wow – what an incredible opportunity for any new mommy-to-be and what impeccable timing. We just found out that we are officially expecting this weekend!

I would love nothing more than to be your pregnant protege and student.

This is pregnancy number 3 for us, but it will be baby #2 – and after months of trying, Clomid and miscarriage, we are in the early, early stages of 1st Trimester bliss. The only thing that would make it better would be to be able to have a path to follow that would guarantee a fit and energy-filled 40 weeks.

With my first full pregnancy, I remember the back pain, the lack of energy, the nausea, the ocular migraines, not feeling cute, the fatigue…and most of all the constant concern as to whether or not I was eating and exercising properly for my baby AND for my body. Nisha, I know that you could solve that great mystery for me.

It’s especially important to me this pregnancy, because I want my toddler to learn healthy eating and exercise are a part of life no matter what stage of it you are in.

I have no problem taking and following direction and would love your help and advice. I truly hope we have the opportunity to work together! I’m so excited for this opportunity, a fit pregnancy and a healthy baby on the way :-)

      Hi Nisha!

What a fabulous opportunity! I wish I was pregnant!!! We’re trying (and maybe I am and don’t know it yet…) but I don’t think I’ll know by Wednesday. :) What lucky ladies! Can’t wait to follow their journeys with you.

I would love to participate in your program! I just found out that I’m pregnant with my second, and while I’m very excited, getting back in shape after my son was born was really tough — so I want to make it a priority to stay in shape this time. Assuming no complications, I should be able to keep up with a fitness routine (& I teach a stretching class at my local Y so I have access to all the gym equipment).

I can blog about it on Bookieboo, since my regular blog is for my business.
